The story of the Nails
Share
As you must have read in about us I love nail art. When I started dabbling in nail art, I did not think much about product quality or even the quality of the tools. Slowly as I realized what I make for you is an extension of myself, I started researching about nail, especially gel products. Being a biochemist by training and working in research and discovery for more than 10 years, I educated myself in the chemistry of the nail product including gel viscosity, durability and its thickness. I realized the best versatility is offered by many products and especially Korean and Japanese nail gel products. This is not an endorsement but I found the best in them.
The nails themselves are not plastic but made of soft gel.. If you are a gel nerd like me and want to learn more check out this video: https://www.instagram.com/reels/DHmk3aRyH3e/
Aprés gelX tips are my go to tips and they are especially thin at the base that provides great cuticle retention. Cuticle retention is yet another topic... for another day.
Coming back to Korean products, I am totally in love with DGel, HoHolee and JinB products. These are some of the best. And if you are looking for great art brushes, Fauve and LeafGel from Japan are the best IMHO.
Thanks for reading...keep NAILING <3
